Sedona is a magical place to live. The beautiful red rock formations coupled with the lush green trees and shrubs make this area a visual paradise. The scenerey coupled with 4 mild seasons make this area an ideal place to raise your family of spend some active retirement years. Sedona has gotten some unfavorable publicity on how expensive it is to live here. This is no longer true. A buyer's market exists now and has existed for several years. Home and land prices have not increased as much as in many other areas of the country making a home in Sedona a veratible bargain.
