Hi, allow me to tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a lifelong Fairbanksan with a lovely wife and four wonderful children. We have a home in North Pole. Prior to entering the real estate field I spent twelve years in the building industry as an electrician. I bring the same commitment to excellence and work ethic to real estate that I upheld in my previous career. Being here so long I have a vested interest in the community and it's people. I'm especially commited to ensuring that people relocating here have a smooth and happy transition to this area. I also have a deep interest and loyalty to our local buyers and sellers to make sure that they get the very best quality care and service.

When I entered the real estate field I started with every intention of providing service above and beyond that of the average real estate agent. I have worked hard to uphold this ideal and feel strongly that I provide service that is second to none. I observe other realtors and research the industry in this area to get a good grasp of the things that are lacking and try to provide those things to my clients. I have some innovative ideas that few or no other agents are doing. My future and my business depend upon satisfying my clients every need and that is what I intend to do for a very long time.
