Kathy specializes in residential home sales for both sellers and buyers in Pasadena, Altadena, La Canada, San Marino, South Pasadena, Sierra Madre, Glendale, Highland Park, and San Gabriel. As a multi-million dollar producer, Kathy has a great understanding of the unique wants and needs of each one of her clients. She spends many hours each day previewing the newest listings so she can keep her clients informed with up to minute housing opportunities.

Kathy is very involved in her community including participating in the sports program at Flintridge Prep, participating on the parent Board of Friends of Arts High for The Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, and as a Deacon at La Canada Presbyterian Church. She is a very proud parent of two teenage sons, Kent has just graduated from Los Angeles County High School for the Artsand will be attending San Francisco Art Institute in the Fall. Jeff will be a Sophomore next year at Flintridge Prep after being honored for being on the Dean's List for his entire Freshman year.
