Tracy Sanford currently works for Homestead Properties, Ltd., in Cartersville, Georgia. Homestead Properties, Ltd. is the oldest full service real estate company in the Cartersville-Bartow County Community, with involvement in real estate organizations including Bartow Area Board of Realtors, Georgia Chapter CCIM, Residential Sales Council, Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council, Georgia Economic Developers Association, and the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce.

In her first year of real estate, she achieved the Professional Achiever’s Circle and became a member of the Bartow Area Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is currently serving on the Community Service Committee for the Bartow Area Board of Realtors. The Community Service Committee plans and organizes community service projects, while encouraging the entire community to get involved!
