I have been a licensed Realtor since 1972 in Kansas. I sold in the Johnson and Miami County area for 19 years. My husband John and I then in 1990 moved to ElDorado Kansas, with his employment. Since relocating to this southern part of the state I have sold in Butler, Segwick, Greenwood and Marion Counties. I am a member of the Wichita and Butler County Area Board of Realtors and Multipal Listing System. This enables me to show and sell thousands of properties in many towns and counties located in this southern Kansas. I am never to busy to try to help with a rental sale or purchase.

I don't have one specialty, I enjoy working with all types of homebuyers I have expirenced knowhow with Conventional, FHA no money down VA and FMHA financing. I pride myself on keeping up to date on the market and financing. I have often been called the Queen of creative financing.I still enjoy finding that buyer with cash. I try to keep a large invetory of listings.I am an acomplished sellers agent, with many outstanding maketing ideas. I am on call when ever you have any questions or if a new listing just comes out.
