Steve has worked in the real estate industry for six years, analyzing and planning online information technology services in the multiple listing service (MLS) industry. He loves playing soccer and physical fitness, and always gives his best in his professional endeavers. "No job or budget too big," says Steve. Besides, he adds, "Nobody ever went to their death bed wishing they had spent more time at the office and less time enjoying life."

"The key to success in real estate, like any business or avocational pursuit," says Steve, "is to know your goals and objectives in front, then plan an organized process for achieving them." In business or in pleasure, Steve is always deliberate and purposeful in executing his game plan. "If I'm going to fail, its going to be due to circumstances beyong my control. And nine times out of ten, I win. That's enough for me."
