We have worked together using a Team-based approach to best serve our client's needs. We can literally be "two places at the same time." Our focus is on customer service and we attempt to do our very best, each and every time, for each customer. In addition, we are fluent in: Spanish, French, Portugues and Kreyol. Cyndy has her MBA from University of Miami and also works in commercial real estate.

We are familiar with most of Dade County as well as South Broward as our office is located just south of the Broward county line. Because we have children too, we are familiar with the schools, both public and private. We know about drama clubs, soccer leagues, swim teams, magnets schools and everything else a buyer needs to know to enjoy living in South Florida. We are active in our community and involved in all kinds of extra-curricular activities. Pierre is a "Sweat Hog" too.
