Many years in the building trade, I've become proficient in many phases of building construction. I hold a bachelors degree in Mechaical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island with an overall GPA of 3.42. A master woodworker, my specialty is hardwood staircases and balistades. Custom fireplace mantles and built-in fixtures are also in my repetoire. In my spare time I'm involved with music and I'm a member of a R&B band.

My experience with industrial zoned real estate is not very extensive, however I also have a good background in manufacturing. I found to be key is the outrigt ownership of your facility and land.
