In 1999, Cheryl Smith worked side-by-side with her mother, Mary Ann Thomas as a team for another local real estate firm. Together they sold over $3.5 million in property and was awarded the Silver Award of Excellence for Million Dollar Sales.
Since opening Smith-Thomas Real Estate, they continue to work closely together while maintaining consistent individual sales as well. Cheryl has sold numerous homes, homes with acreage, vancant land and commercial property.
Personal:
Cheryl attended Tennessee State University majoring in Software Engineering and Physics. Prior to pursuing a real estate career, she worked for HCA Horizon Medical Center as an MIS Manager; Tennesee Bankers Association as Assistant to Vice President of Government Relations Committee for BankPac lobbyists; State of Tennessee Departments of Solid/Hazardous Waste Management and Medicaid.
Cheryl is a member of the Dickson County Senior High School Concert Choir Alumni Association; Cumberland Valley Girl Scouts; International Webmasters Association; HTML Writers Guild and serves on the Internet Goverment Spam Control Committee. Cheryl resides in Dickson, and she and her daughter attend First Baptist Church in Dickson.
