A rookie realtor but certainly not new to the business, Courtney Gerardi is a Delaware native and joined Burns & Ellis, Realtors in 2002 as the advertising & marketing specialist, and assistant to Terry Burns. She is responsible for all our great looking ads you see in the Delaware State News, Dover Post, and The Real Estate Book, which help to generate our great business. Courtney is truly an asset to our agents who depend on her for marketing their listings and updating the website. When she is not in the office she is just as busy! She has been a cheerleading coach for 10 years and currently coaches for Harrington Parks & Recreation. She was the Communications Director for Delaware Cheerleading Coaches Association in 2004-2005 and Gold Cheerleading Coach for the 2005 Blue-Gold All-Star Football Game. As head Cheerleading Coach at Caesar Rodney High School for 4 years, she received a national ranking in 2006 and also served as head cheerleading coach for Lake Forest High School for 2 years. A full time wife and mother to a great little 7 yr old named Blake, who also stays busy with Baseball, Wrestling & Football, keeps her active in the community. Whew!!! Our office could not live without her spunk, smile, and energy, and we look forward to her continued contributions to our success.
