My first visit to the Cottonwood and Red Bluff areas was 17 years ago. I was immediately captivated by the western rural community lifestyle and Victorian flavored small town atmosphere. The picturesque Sacramento River with the majestic sights of the snow covered Mt. Shasta and Mt. Lassen as background were too much to resist. It served to be the start of a great relationship. I had discovered a renewing way of life. It was the ideal place to call home. Today, no less than 17 years ago, I continue to enjoy my lifestyle in Cottonwood and the surrounding communities because I learned very early to appreciate what a truly special lifestyle this wonderful environment has to offer local residents.
