I'm a Mother of four beautiful children; Megan 29, Cody 22 (USMC), Breanna 17 and Frankie 14. I started my Real Estate career at the young age of 17 when I purchased my first home. Purchased my 2nd home at the age of 21. Was first licensed in the state of Illinois then my home state of Kansas. Now serving the eastern shore of Delaware and Maryland. Since being on the eastern shore I have worked mostly as a Buyer's agent. I have dealt with, conventional and FHA/VA loans. We also deal alot with 1031 Exchanges in a resort area.
