I am a full time professional realtor, specializing in residential, and income properties for the past six years. My area covers Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lantana, Lake Worth, and West Palm Beach. Through the Century 21 system, I have taken coninuing education courses in relocation(VIP designation), advanced sales and marketing, and income properties. In addition, I attend classes given by local lending institutions about the latest loan programs available. This not only enables me to help buyers find the right program for their purchase, but enhances the marketing of my listings.

In the local area, I am active in the Realtor Association in Palm Beach County. I have been chairman of the Government Affairs Committee, a member of the MLS committee, and on the Regional Government Affairs Committee of the Palm Beaches. I am also active in the Greater Boynton Beach Chamber Of Commerce and chairman of the local neighborhood watch in my area. I have graduated from the Boynton Beach Police Department's Civilian Police Academy.
