I passed my real eatate exam in 1978. In 1985 I passed my Brokers exam. I was affilliated with Century 21 until 1992 when because of the lack of business my broker decided to close our office. I then opened Yzelman Realty in El Cajon. I have handled as many as 25 excows at one time, while watching over my listings. I enjoy finding homes for first time buyers and then staying in touch with previous clients having sold as many as 6 properties to and for some couples. I have continued updating my education and have the systems in place to track my transactions by computer. I have a good support system from professional real estate related people from the Escrow, Lending,and Title fields,

I am able to show property in east county and actually anywhere in San Diego county, Anything from Vacant land, to custom homes designed and built just for you, and also previously owned homes large and small. I have access to the multiple listing service which covers all of San Diego county. The company I work for builds quality custom homes in the Alpine- El Cajon areas. We also have done homes in the La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Chula Vista and Scripps Ranch areas. I have sold homes in Campo, La Jolla, Escondido,chula Vista, Santee, Lakeside, Lemon Grove, Mission Hills, Del Cerro, and many other areas in San Diego County.
