Lee is a true professional, having graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Business Administration.He worked for a multinational corporation for a number of years, primarily in the Overseas Division, travelling constantly all over Europe, Africa, and the Mid-East as a regional sales manager. It was during this time that Lee started making real estate investments right here in Pinellas County where his parents were enjoying their retirement years. His first investment was a 10 unit apartment in old north-east St. Petersburg. He later moved on to the ownership and management, for 12 yrs. of a motel in Safety Harbor, FL Lee first obtained his Real Estate Salesmans Lic. in 1981 and then his brokers lic. in 1987. Lee's main area of expertise is in Commercial Real Estate but also specializes in the sales of Condos and Villas. The reason for this is that both areas of real estate require analysis , cash flow analysis when it comes to commercial, Rules and Regulations when it comes to Condos and Villas.
