Larry & Pamela work very well together as a team in the real-estate market. Plus they build homes in the Billings area with their son, Seth Damm.Our building business is called Real Montana Estates. It is a passion of ours to give our best in helping people find the perfect home for them. Our Mission Statement is to work at increasing the opportunities for homeowners.

Larry is an exceptional person. He is an old railroader. He has worked for BNSF for the last 33 years. Plus he has been involved with his church groups as a leader and speaker on occasions. He adores his family and friendships. When he can, he goes on hunting or fishing trips to the breaks or mountains. Larry is currently a GRI graduate and has recently finished the course on Work Force Housing. This program helps first time home buyers find affordable housing with loans that are available to them. Larry is one of only about 70 in the state of Montana that has qualified to hold the certificate for this program. Pamela is currently certified in E-PRO, GRI, and is working on getting the CRS certification. Besides these certifications she also has a BS and BA Degree. Education has always been a top priority for Pamela. Other interests of hers involve her children, grandchildren, papillion dogs, and especially loves working with children. She is very involved with Rimview Christian School in Billings.
