When Lorraine decided to get her Real Estate license in January of 2000 she had enough experience to 'challenge the course' and pass! (This means she didn't have to take any classes, she already possessed the knowledge to answer the questions!) With her background of contracting homes, being an office manager for a Real Estate School and a real estate branch, helping to form an LID (Local Improvement District) to bring water to a dying community, doing lot line adjustments, dividing property, investigating (at the court house until the 90's, now, on-line) for all pertinent data relating to availability of land for any given purpose . . . well, as you can see, Lorraine is a natural for real estate!
