First, I'd like you to know a little bit about me. My name is Marian Mahalia Noel. I live in Brooklyn, New York and I'm a product of the Caribbean. I was born in Grenada, West Indies, and moved to the USA in 1980. I settled in Brooklyn, right away, since it was such a melting pot. I have spent the greater part of my life in Brooklyn. I got married there and I have one daughter and a granddaughter. I love Brooklyn, but wanted to move to Baldwin. I haven't done so yet, but I am working on it. I also work in Baldwin, NY.

I got introduced to Real Estate during the 1980's when General Development was soliciting sales for land. I did not continue with General Development and Real Estate, but became an Accountant instead. In 2005, I got my Real Estate License and joined Coldwell Banker. I wanted and needed a more family oriented atmosphere, so I joined the Weichert Realtors Quality Homes in Baldwin. I like the Baldwin area and have done very well there. I specialize in residential sales. My emphasis is First Time Home Buyers. I would like to also get into the Commercial Market and I'm working towards that end.
