After 18 years in the office products business and ten years in broadcasting Ray began his real estate career in 1994. He received numerous listing and sales awards and became a million dollar producer his first year. He joined All State Real Estate as the owner/broker of the Coos Bay branch office. Although he enjoys every aspect of real estate from commercial to residential, listing and selling, his first love is helping first time buyers to experience the joy of owning their first home.
