I am not actually just another Realtor...I like to think of myself as a "people person", as mine is a people business. Real estates sales has been my principal occupation since 1979, my saleswork having begun in Garner, Iowa. I went from an office there of 4, to Phoenix Arizona into an office of 40.

Over the years, I have advanced my career by earning my G.R.I. and C.R.S. ratings. I especially enjoy working with first time homebuyers and on the sale of acreages. I work in and serve the areas of Garner, Forest City, Crystal Lake, Woden, Thompson and all surrounding areas.
