Sue has been active in real estate in Delaware for 20 years. She served as the President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS(R) in 1999, and the President of the Delaware Association in 2004. She served two terms as President of the Delaware Council of Residential Specialists. Sue is a graduate of the REALTORS(R) Institute and the Instructors Trainer Institute and holds the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist designation. She is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a Certified Residential Specialist, an Accredited Buyers Agent, At Home With Diversity specialist, and E-Pro certified. In 1996 Sue was selected Delaware's Salesagent of the Year and in 1998 was chosen Delaware REALTOR of the Year.
