I began my career in real estate in 1988. Once I first broke with the traditional way of doing business and represented a friend as a buyer's broker, I've never looked back. I believe it's always in the buyer's best interests to work with a real estate professional who is able to share all the available information about a property without having to filter that information so that it supports the seller's bargaining position. I especially like the level of trust that develops when the buyer doesn't have to constantly wonder if I'm telling him or her everything I know. I approach every negotiation with a positive attitude, and work hard to find a solution to every obstacle that pops up.

I've been told that one of my strengths in this business is that my clients can relate to me as a person, that I talk *with* people, not *at* them. I firmly believe that in addition to always looking out for your interests, one of my most important jobs is to continually educate you throughout the home-buying process.
