I am a Tampa, Florida native, who moved to Durham, North Carolina at the age of four. After spending about fifty years there, I relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina in 1997. It is great to be back on the coast where I enjoy the salt air, the beaches, and the palm trees. I enjoy sailing, but I can not spend all my time on the water, as the poor boy has to earn a living.

While living in Durham I began building spec homes in 1966. I would have my personal home listed for sale along with the spec home. If my home sold first, we would move into the spec home. Needless to say we have moved many times since we started building. I became a licensed real estate salesman in 1985. I am still building homes and still selling real estate.
