I have served as a former Onslow County Commisioner. I am the wife of a retired Marine and I am very familiar with the process of relocation of Military families. One of the highlights of my life occured in 1987 when I was invited to participate with women all over the world in "WOMEN WALK HOME" held on the Island of Cyprus.

I have served in almost every capacity within the Jacksonville Board of Realtors. I have been President, Secretary, MLS Chairman, Ethics and Professional Standards Chairman, Grievance Committee Chairman, RPAC Chairman and was honored as REALTOR OF THE YEAR by the Jacksonville Board of Realtors. I was the recipient of the Althena Award given by the Chamber of Commerce to the Women of the Year.
