My name is Bart Zimmer and I am here today to offer you service before service is needed! I hope my track record and life experiences show you I have the ability and knowledge to get the job done. I am blessed with a beautiful wife and 3 wonderful children who range from age 9 months to 7 years. My past involves 12 years of military duty stationed all over the world to include Saudi Arabia (Desert Storm), England, Panama, Korea and Bahrain. My state side assignments were Las Vegas from 91 – 93 and Santa Maria, California from 94 – 99.

Using what was taught to me during my military life, I have been able to transfer these life lessons to the real estate world. I like to say I have seen the future for real estate in the Las Vegas area. Having already created a successful real estate business in Santa Maria, CA., I look forward to showing you how I was able to help hundreds of home sellers and buyers achieve their goals and dreams. Real Estate is more than just a home – it’s the beginning, middle and end of your financial portfolio. I like to say everyone has a doctor, lawyer, maybe even a specific mechanic – we all have people in mind when it comes to some particular task that requires a professional. This is true in every area but real estate. On the average, only five percent of homeowners and buyers ever use the same Realtor more than once. My ultimate goal is to be that person so when you do tell people whom your doctor or lawyer is, you will include in the same sentence, “We have a Realtor, and his name is Bart Zimmer.”
