Having vacationed here every summer while I was growing up I have loved this area for as long as I can remember. Selling Outer Banks real estate seemed a natural thing to do. I always remember that I was a long-distance buyer and seller and an absentee rental-home owner before I moved here, and I remember the concerns that I had with long-distance transactions.
