Bianca is a Broker Associate and has been a Realtor associated with Coldwell Banker De Anza Realty since 1987. She has 20 years experience in all aspects of residential Real Estate including investment property, land, 1031 exchanges, country property, first-time Buyers, relocations, and retirement communities. Representing Buyers and Sellers in Sonoma Valley (California's picturesque, premier wine-growing region) is her specialty. Bianca has been awarded and earned membership in Coldwell Banker's prestigious International Sterling and Diamond Societies based on her success and achievements in her Real Estate career.

Bianca graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Business Administration and Marketing. Sonoma has been Bianca's home since 1981. She has two daughters who attended Sonoma's public schools. She enjoys been active and exercises daily at one of Sonoma's fitness clubs. She has participated in 10K and 12K running races. Bianca is also an active volunteer at numerous community non-profit fundraisers. Bianca enjoys an excellent reputation in her industry as experienced, knowledgable, conscientious, and ethical.
