We built our home in Harwich in 1981 and it has been my primary residence since 1997. In my previous life (before real estate) I had a 30+ year career in high tech. I was a VP at Fidelity and Computer Corp. of America, and also consulted at many companies including: New York Stock Exchange, MIT, HAL Computer and HP.

After 25 years of technical support for my wife's very successful real estate career, I obtained my own license in 2003. Since working full time as a real estate agent I have increase my sales volume each year. My technical background has allowed me to develop my own List Pricing tool, Cape Cod market survey data, brochures and other marketing products, and sales process tracking tools.
