Background: Scott received his real estate license in February of 2006 and joined ERA Landmark Real Estate as a Sales Associate. Scott specializes in new construction, residential and vacant land sales. Competitive Edge: Scott has worked in Gallatin Valley’s building industry since 1981. Education: After graduating from high school in a small rural town in North Dakota, Scott received his BA degree from the University of Montana. He attended Connole-Morton Real Estate School in preparation for his real estate career. He has attended numerous real estate training seminars and will be receiving his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in April of 2008. He is also working on the ABR designation, CRS designation and his broker’s license.

Community Service and Professional Involvement: Scott is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and an Affiliate member of the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association. He is a member of the National, Montana, and Gallatin Association of Realtors and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service. Scott is a registered contractor in the State of Montana and a member of the Montana Better Business Bureau. Community involvement includes The Bozeman Exchange Club, Harley Owners Group, Hope Lutheran Church, and area groups supporting children’s sport programs. Personal: As a resident of Montana since 1977, Scott and his family enjoy camping, skiing, fishing and the children’s sports.
