Glenn is a life-time Cape May County Resident. He and his wife, Pat have raised their son and daughter in Lower Township. Glenn and Pat travel extensively, opting for warm weather climates when possible. Glenn and Pat enjoy spending time on their 30' sailing sloop, Cordelia. They are both avid divers as well. He retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 1993, attended Atlantic Community College, Armed Forces Institute, Armed Forces Master Fitness School (Coopers Aerobic Institute, Dallas, Texas and Universal Fitness Institute, Sioux City, Indiana), American Red Cross Instructor and Small Boat Instructor. He was the director of physical training and aquatics for the Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May for 8 years.

Glenn entered real estate in 1987 and became a full time agent in 1993. He has earned the Million Dollar Sales Award since that time on. He is experienced in residential, commercial and land sales. Glenn is a member of the Cape May County Board of Realtors and U.S. Coast Guard Chief Petty Officers Associations. He has served as a water safety instructor trainer for the American Red Cross, organized the South Jersey Special Swimming Olympics and has taught survival and swimming to NJ Marine Police and local Boy Scouts.
