Carl Mitrak brings a wealth of experience with him; a practitioner in real estate since 1975. Carl has experience dating back to 1975 when he completed his first 5 way tax deferred exchange. He has built and remodeled houses and apartments for his own account, partnerships and customers. He is very knowledgeable in creative financing, government loans and other approaches to buy and sell real estate. Carl teaches courses to other Realtors, he has been a director for the local Real Estate Association and continues to serve his association.

Carl holds the coveted GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations; and has spent hundreds of hours learning, training and practicing how to give you the consumer the best real estate service and knowledge available.
