In 1994 Bowers Agency was opened to serve Cherokee county in residential, commercial, and agriculture real estate sales. Since the beginning there has been 4 real estate agents added to the staff, and in 1996 a second office was added in Storm Lake serving Buena Vista County and the surrounding area. The two office locations provide a 20 mile link between the real estate area providing expanded property coverages.

Bowers Agency has available to our customers both the Cherokee Multiple Listing Service and the Storm Lake Multiple Listing service, for a total of 16 real estate offices. We provide for our customers comparative maket analysis' for both our sellers and buyers. We have listings on not only this service but can also be found on realtor.com or iowarealtors.com. In addition we belong to the United County Board providing us with contacts in additional northwest Iowa communities.
