I am a Realtor and also a licensed insurance agent in Graettinger, Palo Alto County, Iowa. Graettinger is in Northwest Iowa and is approximately 20 miles south of the Minnesota border. I primarily sell residential properties in and around Graettinger,including Estherville, Emmmetsburg, Wallingford and the surrounding areas. Graettinger is a quiet rural town of approximatley 900, and has the flavor of small towns that has made it an attractive place to live and to raise a family. There are numerous recreational opportunities in the area including a half dozen nearby lakes for fishing,swimming and boating; as well as snowmobiling and ice skating in the winter. Graettinger is also a very self sufficient town with K-12 schools, 3 churches, a golf course, swimming pool,parks, a library, medical clinic, dentist office, and many main street businesses.
