Paul and Kathy have established themselves as one of the few husband and wife real estate teams in Cerritos, California and surrounding communities. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing, a profession she pursued for over ten years after college. She obtained real estate salesperson license in 1980 and a Real Estate Brokers License in 1999. She has served as a member of the Los Angeles Commission on the Status Of Women. Paul recently retired from McDonnell Douglas after 35 years where he specialized in Software Engineering. He currently holds a real estate sales license. Paul and Kathy are members of the Rancho Southeast Association of Realtors® and the Southern California Multiple Listing Service.
