I have been in real estate in Hawaii for 22 years and for 10 years in management. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers on the windward side of Oahu, buy, sell and manage their properties. I am a broker and have the CRB,CRS,GRI & SRES Designations which means that I have spent years taking advance education courses and satisfying the experience requirements.I also do property management. I have recently took advanced courses in estate planning for seniors and have special pricing available for people over 55 years old.

I have three children and eleven grandchildren, ranging in age from 4 to 21 years old. Two live in Oregon, Six in California and three in Hawaii. I am a licensed pilot, notary, cosmetologist & have graduated from courses in celestrial navigation and small boat handling. I love to read, travel, work on my computer, sew & cook, but most of all, I love to help people with their real estate needs. My daughter and her family are part of my real estate team. She is a licensed realtor with advanced education in helping foreigners and military people solve their real estate problems.
