As a human capital consultant we service clients across the United States.Prior to entering the real estate profession I was involved in the fields of Education and HR Management.Earned a Bachelors Degree in Education from Parsons College and in 1990 earned the Employee Relocation Council's Certified Relocation Professional Designation. In 1999, I became the first SCRP in the state of Florida and one of only 129 nationally. Received my Florida salesman license in 1982 and my Florida Brokers license in 1987. Retired from the real estate profession in 2004, but still make referrals to brokers for transferee needs with no fee expected.

We have been a resident of Pinellas County with my wife and two sons since 1980 having moved from New York.Our operating philosophy is to earn the business of our clients by delivering strategic services that enhance their human capital components.
