This area of the state is known as "Arkansas Wine Country." Our office is located 2 1/2 blocks West of the square in Ozark on Commercial Street (highway 64). Ozark is situated on the North bank of the Arkansas River, and just South of Interstate 40 and is approximately 35 miles East of Fort Smith, Arkansas. We have the Mountains just North of us. The Mulberry River is ideal for canoeing and floating and is only about 10 miles North on Highway 23. Lots of National Forest nearby with lots of game including bear, turkeys, quail, deer, squirrels, dove, racoons, fox, wild hogs, you name it. a great place to live.
