We are both from Swain County, and are raisiing our family here. We love living in this area. Swain County is located in the Heart of the Smoky Mountains. With 84% more or less of the land government owned very little is left for private ownership. We will always be a small town. Within the National Park are hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails, along with some of the best trout waters in the world. We also are home to Fontana Lake,Great Smokies Railway, Cherokee Indian Reservation and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. As natives of the area we feel that we offer knowledge of the land that few other real estate agents can.
