First I'll start off telling you a little about myself so you will know more about the person you are working with. My name is David Lindholm and I'm a native of the Southeast. I grew up in Atlanta, GA, moved to Gatlinburg, TN when my father retired. I graduated from Gatlinburg-Pittman High School and attended the University of Tennessee. I left TN in 1980 and lived in CA for 20 years. I got married not long after this and we purchased our first house in 1987. Since then I have personally purchased and sold six homes and know the ups and downs of buying and selling.

I became a realtor in 2003, I met a lady who owned a real estate company that called me up one day and asked if I would be interested in going to real estate school. She felt like I would be good at it and wanted to expand her company in investment sales, since she mainly dealt with overnight rental properties. Even though I decided not to go to work for her company for various reasons, I have her to thank for getting my real estate license. I decided I wanted to go with a bigger company and chose RE/MAX. RE/MAX has alot to offer my clients and I'm proud to be "ABOVE THE CROWD". I have been back in TN for over 5 years now and I have been selling investment property for 4 years. I guess you would say investment real estate is my niche. I sell log cabins, chalets and condos in the Great Smoky Mountains
