I have been a licensed Maine Real Estate Broker since 1980, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire since 1986. I have also served as a real estate office sales manager for several years during the 1980's. My main areas of real estate activity are in residential, land, and seasonal property sales. I also occasionally do commercial sales and leasing. Besides listing real properties for sale, I also work as a buyer agent quite often. A niche market which I have been enjoying for the last four years or so is what I call Specialty Searching where I find properties for clients which are not for sale currently by doing research in various town offices and sending a lot of direct mail.

My main marketing area for listings is in Central Maine in a 30 mile radius from the capital city of Augusta. Since I live in the Mount Vernon-Vienna area, I tend to have most of my listings north and west of Augusta as far out as the Farmington area. Since there are a lot of lakes all over this part of Maine, our office has quite a few waterfront listings.
