We also ran Arrowhead River Lodge on Tellico River from 1987 until 2000 when we sold the cabins and office. Now we're 4 miles north of Tellico Plains on the oldest toll highway in the United States (no longer toll). We have the history of it, why don't you let us share it with you?

We are also 4 miles from Cherohala Skyway, a scenic drive completed in 1996, popular with motorcyclists and motor vehicle drivers too.
