In May of 1985, Century 21 Almar & Associates opened its first office in Port Charlotte, Florida. The company started with 2 sales associates and 4 broker/owners. Today, the company it totally owned by Edward & Elizabeth de Paiva, 2 of the original 4 owners. (By the way, the other 2 original owners are still with the company). It has expanded from its original single office location to 4 separate full-service office locations covering much of Southwest Florida, and now boasts approximately 100 full time residential sales associates, property management services, a commercial department, as well as a VIP Relocation and Referral Center.
