Hi,my name is Eric Katz. I bought my first house in 1994, it was on land contractand literally aquick easy deal. This house was what some would call a "fixer upper"! After the onslaught of cleaning and polishing this home for four years, I got married and took the home equity and new wife and boughht my second home. This home buying experience was awful. My wife and I used a local real estate sales agent who was not considerate of informing us of the process, by communication. (Some would consider this a bad type of bedside manner so to speak.) This exsperience was much different than the first and I was not sure of what to ask? That was when I decided that I wanted to educate myself and enter this business field by becoming a real estate agent myself.

I did receive my Michigan real estate license and went to work with a local real eatate company, Osborne realty LLC. Here our policy is to help clients fully understand each step of the buying and selling experience. This is so they don't walk away from the closing table with a "what just happened" thought in their mind. This policy along with the remembrace of my second home buying experience is what helps me and my sales assistant (my wife) strive to serve you and the community better with every aspect of buying and selling any properties.
