We will evaluate your needs and wants, locate properties that fit your specifications, assist in viewing the property to identify any problems or issues, advise client on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase, present the offer, negotiate on behalf of the Client to help obtain the property, review and explain all documents, recommend and assist in securing financing and provide a list of potential qualified vendors; i.e. movers, attorneys, engineers, title company, etc.
