Prior to my retirement from local government service I graduated from the Real Estate School associated with the Prince Georges County Maryland Community College. I was a licenced agent for the Prudential Preferred Properties of Washington D.C. and specialized in waterfornt property along western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. After retirement I successfully completed the required coarses to become licenced as a Registered Appriaser in the State of Florida, where I apprentanced as an appraiser in Key West, Florida. I relocated to Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda Florida and obtained my Graduate of the Florida Residential Institute (GRI) and am licenced as a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker with the State of Florida.

I am currently assisting people from all over the world in relocating to Florida. I am periodically asked to give seminars in the Washington D.C. area to 'Soon to be Retiree's' on the secrets of Relocating after Retirement. I have been told many horror stories about long distance moving and how Murphy's Law has always prevailed.
