Jody was trained in the real estate business by her father, Art Roberts, owner of the Shea Agency in Bennington Vermont. Art was a well respected insurance and real estate professional who believed in treating all parties fairly, highest integrity and honest dealings. He also believed strongly in historic preservation and passed this love and appreciation of old buildings to his daughter. With a BA in Geology from the College of William and Mary and an advanced degree from Norwich University in Education, Jody not only understands the house and its foundation, but the soils and rocks beneath. Her experience in education, makes her comfortable in the role of educating buyers and sellers in the real estate process.
