I have been in Real Estate / Property Management since 1987. I have been with Re/Max since 1997. I moved to St. George from Anchorage, Alaska when I retired from the Federal Aviation Administration. I graduated from the FAA Academy at Oklahoma City in 1969 and FAA Senior Management School in 1975. I enjoy flying, bowling, golf, fishing, skiing, card's and RV'ing. During my time with the FAA and USAF I moved 13 times and understand the emotional roll-a-coaster one goes through when they change locations. I specialize in new construction retirement homes, second homes, and first time home buyers.

St. George is rated in the top 10 retirement spots in the US (why do you think I moved here), we are close to Las Vegas (120 miles) Zion park, (30 miles) and some of the best scenery in the Southwest part of the US. The weather is why people move here, the people and area is why they stay. Come and join us and live in an area where you can down hill ski (Brian Head, Utah about 80 miles north) in the morning and play golf (St. George) in the afternoon.
