It is a visual inspection & is non-invasive. This is important to remember since we are not allowed to destroy property we cannot see behind walls or underneath slabs. So there some things we are unable to see. But we do get everywhere possible to help you find out as much as possible about your new home.

I will do three things for you: 1. Look for major problems that could cost you a lot of money. (Roof, Foundation, Plumbing, Electrical, etc) 2. Point out minor safety issues, such as; railings, balusters & GFI outlets. 3. Educate you about your new home. Show you maintenance tips, where all the shut-offs are. How the furnace & water heater work. Then show you the RED flags to watch out for, since everything wears out eventually I try to show you how to prolong the life. The inspection comes in a nice 3-ring binder with a home maintenance checklist, to help you keep up with the house & a 200 page home repair handbook to show you how. I will do the home inspection & radon test myself. If you need any other inspections I will be glad to set them up for you at the same time, such as; Termite, Lead Paint, Well & Septic.
