I'd just like to give you a little introduction about myself so you can get to know me a bit. I came back to Southern California after living in Portland, Oregon for a number of years. I have been self-employed for most of my life. I was a court reporter before I became a real estate professional with Century 21. I have two grown children. My daughter will be 23 in November and she and her husband purchased their first house in September 2003. My son will be 20 in October and works for a big Southern California framing company.
