We are very fortunate in the southern seacoast region of Maine to have such a variety of wonderful homes. The styles, sizes, features, and locations are unmatched anywhere and I thoroughly enjoy my profession as a consultant and advisor to my clients in either their home sale or purchase. It's a challenging career but very rewarding, especially when I see the joy and excitement on the faces of the buyers as they are handed the keys to their new home. Real estate transactions are becoming more complex and I work very hard to stay current with the latest developments providing the best service to my clients. And as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) I'm better able to assist the transitions of the senior population with the purchase or sale of homes as well as other aspects of their transition.

My commitment to education and training is a continuous process, one that I take very seriously as I strive to be the best in my profession. As a nationally recognized Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) I have learned through course-work and experience the skills necessary to advise and negotiate for my buyer clients so that they obtain their new home at the best price, the best conditions and with the best terms. As a REALTOR I embrace the ideals of our Code of Ethics and encourage others to do the same. The courses studied to obtain the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation have further enhanced my abilities to better serve my clients and my profession.
